General Provisions
Before logging into this system, users should carefully read this agreement and agree to comply with it. Users must accept the relevant agreements before they can use the services or products.
Service Content
This system only provides related product services. Any other equipment related to network services (such as personal computers, mobile phones, and other devices required to access the Internet or mobile networks) and the associated costs (such as telephone fees for Internet access, mobile network fees) must be borne by the user.
User Account
Users must register according to the registration requirements. Users are responsible for ensuring the security of their passwords and accounts. Any loss or damage caused by activities under their account is solely the user's responsibility, and this system bears no liability. If users discover unauthorized use of their account or any other security issues, they should immediately change their password and keep it safe. Our company is not responsible for any illegal use of the account due to hacking or user negligence.
Usage Rules
1. Users must comply with relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, including but not limited to the "Regulations on the Protection of Computer Information System Security," "Regulations on the Protection of Computer Software," "Judicial Interpretation on Copyright Disputes Related to Computer Networks," "Decision of the NPC Standing Committee on Safeguarding Internet Security," "Regulations on Internet Electronic Bulletin Services," "Regulations on Internet News Information Services," "Administrative Measures on Internet Copyright Protection," and "Regulations on the Protection of Information Network Transmission Rights."
2. Users are solely responsible for any content they publish, upload, or transmit. No user is allowed to publish, repost, or transmit any of the following types of information on this site:
  - Violating the basic principles established by the Constitution;
  - Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
  - Harming national honor and interests;
  - Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining national unity;
  - Disrupting national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
  - Spreading rumors, disturbing social order, or disrupting social stability;
  - Disseminating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terror, or instigating crimes;
  - Insulting or defaming others, infringing on others' legal rights;
  - Inciting illegal gatherings, associations, parades, demonstrations, or disrupting social order;
  - Engaging in activities under the name of an illegal civil organization;
  - Containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
3. Users promise that they own full intellectual property rights for all information (including but not limited to text, images, music, movies, performances, recordings, software, etc.) they publish or upload to this system, or they have legally obtained authorization. If a user violates this provision and causes a third party to claim compensation from this site, the user must fully compensate all costs incurred (including but not limited to compensation, legal fees, and other reasonable expenses).
4. If a third party believes that the content published or uploaded by a user infringes their rights and sends a copyright infringement notice to this system based on the "Regulations on the Protection of Information Network Transmission Rights" or other laws, the user agrees that this system can independently decide to delete the suspected infringing content. Unless the user submits written proof to refute the infringement claim, the deleted content will not be restored automatically.
5. If a user violates any of the following rules while using the product or service, this system has the right to request corrections or take necessary measures (including but not limited to deleting posted content, suspending or terminating the user's rights) to mitigate the impact of the improper behavior:
  - Not violating any relevant network protocols, regulations, and procedures;
  - Not using network services for any illegal purpose;
  - Not engaging in any behavior that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet;
  - Not engaging in any behavior detrimental to this system.
Privacy Protection
1. This system does not publicly disclose or provide individual users' registration data or stored non-public content to third parties, except in the following cases:
  - With the user's prior explicit authorization;
  - As required by applicable laws and regulations;
  - As requested by relevant government authorities;
  - To protect public interest.
2. This system may cooperate with third parties to provide network services to users. In such cases, if the third party agrees to bear the same privacy protection responsibility as this system, this system has the right to provide the user's registration data to the third party.
3. Without revealing individual user information, this system has the right to analyze the entire user database and use it commercially.
Disclaimer
1. Users explicitly agree that using the products and services of this system is at their own risk and assumes all consequences, and this system bears no responsibility.
2. This system is not responsible for any service interruptions or defects caused by force majeure or factors beyond its control but will strive to minimize the losses and impacts on users.
3. This system is for user’s personal use only. Without our permission, users are prohibited from renting, selling, or reselling this product to third parties.
Supplementary Provisions
1. The formulation, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
2. If any provision of this agreement is wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding.
